Catalunya　GP I was lucky to finish in the points, though I was sure if I kept pushing to the end I might get a result. Both my bikes were giving engine trouble, and it wasn't fixed in morning warm-up, so for the race I took Kurtis's spare bike. The engine was okay, and we put in my settings just before the race, but it didn't really feel the same as mine. After the start, there was something wrong with the front tyre, though it was the same number we usually use. It was bouncing a lot, and halfway through the race it was wearing badly. The front tucked so many times; I was so scared. But there was someone in front of me, and I concentrated on trying to catch him and pass him, so I kept going. When the fuel load lightened the handling was better, so I could push harder. Finally I was 16th, then Lavilla stopped ahead of me, and I was 15th and in the points. I must thank Kurtis and Kenny for letting me use his spare bike.
